This condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a spectacular view of the beach. The binder on the kitchen counter was helpful. It listed everything you needed to know about the condo and listed several recommendations for food and activities. We would love to stay here again!

This condo is fabulous! The listing is accurate. It is beautiful with everything you would need provided. I could sit on the balcony for hours looking at the beach, sunset or sunrise. Access to the beach was the easiest I have ever had. No need to bring chairs or an umbrella because they are provided with the rental. Our chairs were just a few steps off of the walkway. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. We had a great stay! Thank you!

Beautiful place to be in PCB

We absolutely loved staying at Tropic Winds. The condo is beautiful and the location on the beach is perfect - not too close to the craziness of Pier Park. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice area but we were there to enjoy the beach. Hannah (our host) is amazing, and she was on top of everything which made our stay even better. Driving from Ohio was a bit much so next time we plan to fly.

The unit was fantastic. Great location, and the pictures are 100% spot on to what you get. The patio has fantastic views. The location is great, and within driving distance to Pier Park (about 2-2.5 miles away), McGuire's (1 mile), and Mike's (0.3 miles-walkable). Very smooth and simple in obtaining the beach chair service.

Just what we needed

This was the perfect stay for our first little family spring break vacation. My only regret is not staying longer, but hope to be back many times. The location is fantastic and the condo was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

Nice Oceanfront Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this property and found that the condo was spacious, well-stocked, and offered beautiful oceanfront views. Unfortunately, the week we stayed had strong winds and the pool/sauna area was closed for renovations which was a little disappointing. The chairs on the beach were a nice amenity and we appreciated the book of recommendations on the counter.

Wonderful place, as always.

We have stayed here multiple times, and it is always clean, comfortable, and wonderful. Kitchen stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots, and pans you would ever need. The balcony has an amazing view all the way up the coastline.

Perfect place to stay!

We stayed here after Christmas through New Years Day. The condo is just as described. Beautifully decorated, balcony is huge and has a great variety of seating options. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Fall Break

This was our second time staying at Tropic Winds 1601 and we hope to return again in the future! We love the quiet west end location and beautiful end balcony views! The beds are comfortable, the furniture is attractive and the kitchen has any gadget you might need.
