The condo was nice. Easy access to the pool. Easy access to the places we wanted to go. The condo was big enough for the 9 of us that stayed. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for letting us stay in your condo.

Beach trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental was clean and a great fit for our family. The door handle to the slider broke and they were responsive and fixed the same day. Bedrooms were updated nicely but the bathrooms are due for some upgrades. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

From when we opened the door the unit smelled of mildew. The floors were very dirty. The kitchen counters were dirty. The bathtubs were stained and dirty. The bathtubs were clogged, we had to take a clump of hair out so it would drain. We went to the dollar general and bought a mop and bucket and cleaning supplies. The sliding glass doors were not able to close completely, so that caused the air conditioning vents to drip water. You could see the mold growing in the vents. The handle on the main bathroom door kept falling off. The dining room chairs seats were not connected to the frames and one of our people fell when sitting down. The comforter in master bedroom was stained/dirty. The plugs were very loose and sparked when trying to plug in. I think we found 3 single sockets that actually worked. I do have a video of this but it won’t let me upload it.The condo had a very nice view. Check in counter was really nice, being we got there early and not able to check in until 4:00, they gave us our parking passes and pool/beach bands to use while we waited for our room.

We were very unhappy with our stay over all we had lots of issues some were very hazardous such as the electrical outlets are all loose and sparking when something was plugged into them. The bunk beds were cracked and felt very unstable. The bathrooms had serious water damage. The dryers vent was extremely full and had a horrible smell thankfully we checked it before it caught fire. The air conditioner was barley running when we checked in and when we inspected the air conditioning unit it looked as the filter had never been changed and when we had the service repair man in her verified how clogged it was and that it was beginning to freeze up. The door handle was hanging by one screw to the patio and thankfully my husband didn’t cut his hand on the other end of it but that had to be replaced right away. The air duct vents had water pouring out of them with what appeared to be black mold surrounding the drywall around the vent I have pictures and documentation of it all. This is not what I expected to be staying in.

Enjoyed our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time to stay at Regency Towers. The room we had before this time was bigger, but it was on the side so we didn’t have a direct view of the ocean. So we really enjoyed that part. The washer and dryer were very small so we had to do multiple loads throughout the week. I’m not sure the sheets were exactly clean. There were beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet. We were able to use while we were there. there wasn’t many pans to cook on, so we had to buy some stuff and left it for the next renters. The handle to the outside balcony was broken, but we were able to open the door OK. I don’t like that. The hot tub closes before the pool or that the pool closes or the pool deck at all because you can’t hear any noise inside the rooms. I also don’t like you can’t have an I don’t like that. The hot tub closes before the pool or that the pool closes or the pool deck at all because you can’t hear any noise inside the rooms. I also don’t like you can’t have a float in the pool or throw a ball. The movie they played on the long was the same movie they played a year ago.Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
