"Room was very hot,A/C control out of function,Balcony door couldn't be locked from inside,shower head port wasn't stable(kept spinning around),toilet seat not stable(kept moving about).Lastly House keeping turned up at 08.15 and opened our room door with out even knocking on the door,then left with out a even a sorry.Other than this, food was lovely, rooms are specious and beds are comfy,hot water and towells are fine."
