Great short break

Lovely room which was serviced every day. Sea view. Fabulous shower. Room had fridge which was handy for water, beer and wine! Great choices at breakfast buffet. Drinks good value if you're not all inclusive. Large pool with plenty of sunbeds. Luggage room and showers available if you have a later flight.

Fantastic hotel, looks recently renovated. The pool is beautiful and they have daily activities. Go all inclusive but pay at the property, it's only 44€ but is more expensive on booking websites. You can add the all inclusive at any time during your stay and it comes with unlimited drinks. Although it's in a quiet location, they provide a free bus to a neighbouring town with a nice beach.

We have just returned from short break (friends) 6-10 July. We had an amazing stay. The hotel is spotless throughout. Our room was huge and on top floor. We had a wrap around balcony from the bedroom and a second balcony off the lounge. The all inclusive option is a must. The food was fabulous. Lots of choice and freshly cooked. The snack bar also had lots of choice. The drinks were great. The service is a little slow but you are allowed 3 drinks at a time, so if you’re impatient you can always have 3 drinks at a time! The staff were so helpful in all areas of the hotel. The shuttle bus to Palma Nova is free and only a few minutes away. There is a beach down the road too. In all a great stay and would definitely return.

Generally, we had a fine stay at this property. Staff was friendly. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Food at the buffet was average. Pool was big, nice and clean. It’s not close to the city and requires a bus to get there. This is really a hotel for families looking to stay at the pool the entire trip and like the “unlimited experience”. Not good for backpackers, those looking for culture or real experience.

Rooms clean, bed comfortable. In all my years Ive never met such unfriendly staff, the odd friendly one but overall miserable and fake smiles. Ordering from bar at night you'd get told sit down an use QR code that no customers could use as didnt work. Rude. Everyone told same thing. Kiosk Keith at pool bar never cracked a smile and made wanting to get a drink uncomfortable. Food was plentiful but cold every night bar one. I cant tell you how many people tripped over unmarked small steps which were dangerous. Hotel coach very useful for escaping the enviroment.

Shared facilities were really nice, rooms were a bit on the small side for families. Food was generally good, although any meat and fish cooked on main the grill by the chefs was pretty bad.

Great Stay …. But service could be better

The hotel was comfortable and in a convenient location. I was very satisfied with their breakfast! It’s a must! I do believe they should have more irons available as their limitation on irons makes it difficult to access one. I also believe irons should be brought up to the rooms of the guests when requested, as opposed to requiring guest come downstairs for the irons - this is a huge inconvenience and not quality service.
