Excellent staff, so friendly and helpful! Greeted with drinks, given incredible service all around. This hotel has a great community vibe to it - everyone is easy-going, but not disruptive. The rooms have got style and comfort, and having a stocked kitchen full of supplies is incredible.

The only place I stay when visiting PS and I highly recommend the presidential suite for its extremely large interior space including living room kitchen bedroom and fabulous wrap around outside deck. As always very clean extremely comfy and a well equipped kitchen as well if you’d like to cook! The pool being heated and open 24/7 is such a great bonus ~ felt amazing! The staff is always fab and it’s definitely a home away from him whenever I visit! Quite, safe and convenient to PS offering as well! Can’t wait for next trip back!

This hotel is a refreshing throwback to old-Hollywood holidays of the 1960s. Every unit has that perfect mid-century vibe—bright colours, retro appliances, and that unmistakable Palm Springs charm. We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The place is spotless, the rooms are wonderfully equipped, and Jaime, the manager, clearly takes great pride in making sure every guest feels welcome and well cared for. You’re just a short stroll from the buzz of downtown Palm Springs, yet far enough away to enjoy peaceful evenings. A perfect balance. We’ll gladly stay again! 🌴✨

The room was excellent; we had two bedrooms and two baths. Everything was spotless. The hot tub and pool are open 24 hours a day, and it was terrific. Offered us margaritas and gave us a bottle of wine in our room. Thank you so much, we will be back!!

Room needs to be fixed and updated. Shower leaked water everywhere and front desk said they would send someone and never did. Blackout curtains were coved in some yellow substance. Bed was alright but if you got to far on top you would fall through.

Amazing time, great ammenities, short walk to bars and resturants, staff was exceptional from pre check in to check out. The bottom units have a private backyard patio which is super cute, but recommend staying on the top floor if you dont want anyone above your room. Will absolutely be back again soon!

Spacious Rm, Free Parking, but Limited outlets

The property itself was older, but has been renovated. Parking was free and easy to find. The room was spacious but there were areas that could have been better, probably related to the age of the property: 1. Limited electric outlets were available, and I needed to use a cord extender to get my computer plugged in while working at the kitchen countertop area. 2. Shower had very low/weak water pressure - I don't need strong water presure for the shower, but could see it bothering other people who stay here. There was also no shower caddy and the Shampoo/Body wash bottles provided by the hotel were just sitting on the shower floor. 3. Sink was small and had limited space for toiletries. I had to put some of the stuff on the nightstand next to the bed instead. 4. To enter the hotel room, you were given a digital code to unlock the door, eliminating the need for a key or key card. However, I'd have preferred having a dead bolt on the inside of the room, since anyone with the door code could have theoretically got in.

Going to The Twist, is like home away from home! The rooms are so well appointed, clean and comfy. The pool area is relaxing and comfortable. The staff is fabulous. I always choose and highly recommend the Presidential Room for its amazing wrap around patio and large living space as well! Can’t wait to return for my next visit !

We had a wonderful stay. Jamie greeted us and explained everything we needed to know. The room was a lot bigger than we expected. It includes a nice bar seating area, a whole kitchen, small dining table AND separate sitting area. The restroom remodeled very nicely. Everything was nice & clean. The parking was accessible and secure. There are a few restaurants walking distance which was nice. Loved our stay and will definitely be coming back.

This hotel is nothing short of amazing. From the homemade margaritas, to the spacious rooms with full kitchens and free parking, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The managers were super friendly and accommodating. Plus the Bootlegger Tiki bar is attached with another bar and restaurant on property. This will be our new go to spot.

Jaime and his staff were nothing short and amazing. From the homemade margaritas at the pool to the friendliness of all of the staff and the large rooms with kitchens, this will definitely be are go to spot when we head to Palm Springs. The hotel is at the very beginning of the strip and is an easy walking distance to most things. We had reserved five of the rooms and they were all decorated in mid-century modern vibes. Bootlegger is of course next door and they also have another bar and restaurant on site. Parking was free and we had even forgot our suntan lotion and they gave us a brand new bottle. We will definitely return.
