Located in the heart of Palm Desert, this home is only minutes away from popular attractions. Take a stroll down El Paseo for boutique shopping and fine dining experiences, the McCallum Theatre offers exquisite shows and concerts, and Indian Wells Golf Resort and Desert Willow Golf Resort provide excellent opportunities to practice your swing.

-Pool and spa heat fees apply- please inquire prior to booking
-25 year age minimum for booking
-No pets
-30 night minimum
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over
-External contract to be signed
-Bookings made with credit card on any platform aside from abnb are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee if cancelled and qualifies for a refund. (will receive 95% instead of 100%, 45% instead of 50%)
-Ring doorbell with motion sensored video on exterior near main entry door. ***We have 4 interior cameras we utilize during vacant months, however, these get unplugged, removed, and placed away when tenants are on site.
