This private, beautiful, fully furnished home is ideally located in the Palm Desert Country Club, right next door to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden and Indian Wells Golf Resort.
You can relax by the large salt water pool and heated spa enclosed by a privacy wall, equipped with chaises, outdoor seating area, and stunning views of the Santa Rosa mountains.
The home is tastefully decorated and furnished, making the most of the California desert indoor/outdoor living. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms complete with comfy queen beds, dresser, and lots of closet space. The master bath has a walk-in shower and the main bath has a shower/tub combination. There are plenty of towels, pool towels and linens. In the open living room you will find a sofa bed that sleeps two. Also included is free wifi, TV, and a washer and dryer in the two car garage for your use.
You will love the lovely backyard designed with drought resistant and native plantings, a Meyers lemon tree, and Mexican lime tree. There are plenty of birds for the birdwatcher. You’ll find a table for four and a gas grill for your use. Take advantage of the gas fire pit while star-gazing and enjoying the cool desert breeze.
Centrally located, you can enjoy one of the marvelous 64 golf courses with a 20 mile radius, tennis courts, Coachella, The Living Desert Museum, great hikes, Old Towne La Quinta, and the famous restaurants and shops in the upscale El Paseo area. This house is a find!

We love this area!
This was a very nice comfortable house for my husband and I. Quiet well kept. Our host was excellent. Yard is lovely. Weather was cool for using the pool.

Great house. Great host
We were happy with everything about the house. the pool and spa were great. Rob was very quick to answer any question we had. He would check with us every so often just to see how things were going and if we needed anything.
We do like to travel and to see different places, if we decide to return to Palm Desert we will definitely contact Rob to see if his home is available Thanks Rob
