Cozy qui retreat

My family and I have stayed at this property twice. The home is cozy and has everything you need to settle in and enjoy. Close to the beaches (we love bay park in the Hammock) and restaurants & shopping. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. The outside lanai is a great spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and take a dip in the pool. Fenced yard and very quiet neighborhood so perfect for families. Thanks Renata for another great vacation, we will be back!

Amazing Anniversary

Me and my husband stayed here for our anniversary! We wanted somewhere quiet and relaxing! We got both! The amenities included with this house far exceeded any VRBO we’ve stayed in so far. The pool table, games, the pool, the beach stuff, even beach and pool towels. It was exactly what we needed. The house was spacious and had every amenity we needed. We didn’t have to bring or buy any extras. What they provided was perfect for our stay! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect home for a Perfect Sta

We have rented VRBO homes and condos many times. This home, by far, met our every need. Located in a quiet neighborhood near everything, this home is extremely well stocked from kitchen to pool and beach towels, games for the grandkids, bikes (we never found time to ride!) and the Coffee Bar was stocked which is never the case in a rental. Home is beautifully decorated and immaculate. A real jewel and we plan to go back again since we have family nearby. Renata was very helpful - the pool heater made the water perfect for us. The layout is great for families and the MBR large and roomy. And the large screen TV’s were a nice touch… We made beautiful memories here - my daughter said this house rated a 6 star rating not a five star one!!

Beautiful Property

The home is very pretty and spacious. The layout is great with the master suite on opposite of other bedrooms. Really appreciate how organized the owner is with pictures of where kitchen utensils go. The kitchen had basic things used for cooking as well as coffee, sugar, etc. Really can’t ask for any more out of a rental home. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Palm House

Looking for home away from home or somewhere even better? You found it! This place is amazing. Extremely clean, cozy & has call your needs. The pool is nice and heats up nice and warm. Not only does this house provide comfort, it offers fun & relaxation. The pool table, foos ball, ping pong & board games add to having some fun & calls for some great family time. The neighborhood is nice and centrally located to many areas & places. We really enjoyed our stay & highly recommended this place. The stay was wonderful, you didn't miss anything. The house is very well maintained and clean. It is very quiet but still central for nice trips. If we come back to Palm Coast we will definitely stay there again.

Couldn't have been more perfect.

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful this home is. My Mother and I just got back from our 10 day stay. Everything you could imagine for your comfort and enjoyment is there. It was spotless and as others have said, the neighborhood is beautiful, quiet and the neighbors we did meet are wonderful as well. I paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was well worth it. My Mother is an amputee and Renata was more than pleasant to answer any question I had before and after I booked the house. It truly felt like home and we will be booking again. I've stayed in home rentals before and none of them could compare. I can't thank Renata enough. I highly recommend this home to all.

This place was amazing! Renata was a pleasure to communicate with, and this house literally has everything you need for a family holiday or stay for whatever you wish in the area. Relaxing oasis

This is a beautiful home. From the inside out. Everything you need is supplied. All you have to bring is food and drinks. We went for a few days to relax and enjoy the pool. It was just what we needed. The host was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Everything you need in a perfect neighborhood

Our family stayed here for 7 days. We loved the open floor plan of the house and the safe, quiet neighborhood. The swimming pool, gaming systems, bikes, beach equipment, and pool table provided ample entertainment for us. Renata was a very accommodating host and responded quickly. Who I'll of absolutely start here again!
