The hotel is in a really nice location, the rooms were clean, the lobby is so beautiful and the staff is really friendly. Breakfast is the best. Overall my kids and I had really great time there. Will definitely book here again.

We are a family of 6. We checked in as 6. We were given 3 towels. Each day I had to call, some days 2-3 times to ask for more towels. We stayed a week and because there is nowhere to hang our towels to dry we had to request new ones. The hotel was otherwise very clean and in an excels location. Unfortunately we were not made aware that the parking garage was NOT FREE. We have stayed in many hotels that told us clearly the parking fee is this amount. To our surprise we were slapped with that bill at the end, but the hotel has such a lack of employees its to be expected this information didnt get shared. Breakfast was delicious due to the omlet bar but only one person working their tail off to get everything refilled that was constantly running out. Coffee, coffee cups, napkins, food were constantly we're empty due to the flow of people and this one lone worker. Very sad.

It was a struggle to get new towels or toilet paper… some stains on the bed and sketchy hairs also weird gross stains in bathroom and a piece of random siding in the room in the corner… also the power went out for a few hours and the people working seemed confused about it and asked me how to fix it…
