very simple, no varm water at the washbasin, air conditioning only on high level, no button to swith off the light next to the bed, no varm water at all the second morning - very, very expensive for what it is postiv: nice ambience in the jungle

When we arrived there, they didn’t even have our reservation. The room condition was horribly dirty, the coffee pot even worse. There was fungus in there. When they finally found our reservation which already passed 1 hour, we found that the tariff was almost double thru Expedia. We had a horrible stay there and we were totally disappointed with Expedia as well.

Good but needs a attention to details for price.

The hotel is small with individual casitas. The casitas are large, bed and bathroom a very good size and large terrace. The hotel is in the "jungle" so very little light gets in. Our room was damp with no way to air it out. The terrace could have been lovely to spend time on - however the built in "bath" did not look inviting - rusty chain and many leaves. The built in concrete couch did not have a cushion so very difficult to sit on - note - some other casitas had cushions - the hotel was not full - perhaps someone should have noticed. General impression - the hotel could be very good with a little more attention from the staff.
