Two-room apartment in Palau, 20 minutes from the Costa Smeralda in Sardinia

A short distance from the pretty village of Palau, loc. Portopollo, in Residence Cala Petralana, 650 meters from the beach, 2 km from the beach of the island of the seagulls, 40 km from the airport and the port of Olbia and 35 km from Porto Cervo and the Costa Smeralda, terraced house rental.
The house was recently purchased and completely renovated with fine finishes and furnished with new furniture.

The two-room apartment (up to 4 beds) consists of:
o Entrance from a common garden to three villas with washing machine available to the three units
o Double bedroom (with air conditioner on request)
o Bathroom with shower box and hairdryer
o Living room with equipped kitchen, electric oven + microwave oven + satellite TV with Sky decoder (if you have the card, bring it with you), table and double sofa bed
o Veranda with garden equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs

Other things to highlight:

Check-in in the afternoon after 16:00 (check availability for early check-in)
Check-out by 10:00 (check availability for late check-out)

Optional services to be requested before check-in (not included in the quote to be paid to the person who will check you in):
- Bed linen and bath towels not included - possibility of rental on site at a cost of 12 euros per person for the whole period
- Possible use of air conditioners € 50 for the first week, € 5 for each additional day
- Possibility to rent a cot (30 euros per week)
- From 2019 the Municipality of Palau has introduced a tourist tax of € 2 per person for each day of vacation (children under 14 and over 70 are excluded)

We accept requests for any booking duration, but in some periods reservations with check-in and check-out on Saturday are welcome
