Beautiful and comfortable house located in Llafranc of 150 m2 distributed in 3 floors. Located just 500 meters from the beach and the center of town, in a quiet residential area with swimming pool (with children's area), tennis court and community gardens. The house has 4 rooms: 1 quintuple room (2 bunk beds + 1 removable bed (90x190cm)), 2 rooms with 2 single beds (2 beds of 90x190 and 2 beds of 100x190cm) 1 of them in suite with shower and exit to the balcony and 1 double room (with double bed (150x190cm)) with access to the terrace, 1 bathroom with bathtub + 1 toilet, kitchen (gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave) and laundry (washing machine), large living-dining room (TV) with access to the terrace and private garden (63 m2). Beautiful views of the sea Garage. Ideal house for families, reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.
The villa is heated and features a kitchen, 3.5 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Limited housekeeping is available.
