Maximum capacity for 4-5 people.



Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!



Apartment on a first floor without a lift with a terrace without views of the swimming pool. Living room with nautical decor, TV and direct access to the terrace.



Cook with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, dishwasher and microwave-Grill.



The main bedroom has 1 double bed (135x180cm) and the second bedroom has a bunk bed plus 1 single bed (90x200cm).



A bathroom with a shower.



It forms part of a beautiful communal outdoor area with a large swimming pool and extensive landscaped garden.

photos non contractuelles : le salon et le canapé ont été changé et n'est pas confortable (petit prix ikea) manque de casseroles dans la cuisine , egoutoire à vaisselles, sous plats , maniques , .... Clés à récupérer dans une agence dans le village voisin. Le personnel ne parle que peu français et un peu anglais ... Joint de douche abimé et douche très petite. TV oui mais aucune chaine internationale que en espagnol !!! Belle propriété proche de tout facile d'accès au calme en octobre.. mais quid en pleine saison ???
