This home is on a quiet street that's a 10-minute walk from the lake, perfect for sunrise/sunset walks. It's perfect for family gatherings or cozy enough for romantic getaways. Enjoy Starlink WiFi (best in town), 3 smart TVs and access to the local rec center. In addition to the amenities listed, this kitchen also has an air fryer.

This is a one-story home with an open kitchen & living room, a fully fenced backyard and a garage. One master bedroom with king size bed and two more bedrooms with king size beds and a full bathroom between.

Everything about this stay was incredible. The VRBO hosts thought of every small detail that would help us enjoy our stay. The amenities were unreal. We were welcomed with a decorated Christmas tree and stocking stuffers. The kitchen was fully stocked and they even had snacks waiting for us. The bedrooms were huge and had bathroom amenities for us. The location was perfect. The hosts allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated after an eight hour drive. We will absolutely be recommending this property to our friends and family. Thank you again for being a part of some core memories.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Pagosa Springs! The property is even more stunning in person, with plenty of space and all the comforts of home. The location was perfect—just a short drive to downtown Pagosa Springs, where we enjoyed local shops, restaurants, and the famous hot springs.Communication with the property manager was seamless; they were responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. Perfect mountain retreat

This was a perfect home with a grea location for our family of 5 adults! It was decorated with much thought, it was stocked with absolutely everything we needed and it was comfortable! Beds were very comfortable and its rare to find king size beds in all 3 rooms. Loved the back yard it has beautful pine trees to sit beneath and it is very private. The hosts were extremely professional and responded right away, that was appreciated! We will definitely stay here again in the future!
