My first and last stay at this hotel. My friends and my family won't either.
I stayed last June 19. When I registered, I was surprised to have two reservations for the same date. After showing the cancellation receipt of one with Hotels.com 8 days before, he told me it would be a system failure. At the time of departure, they give me a unique receipt, which corresponds to the current reservation, and then they charge me on the credit card the amount of both reservations.
When I contact the hotel, they tell me that I should go to Hotels.com and they tell me that I should go to the hotel. On many occasions I try to speak with the Manager (Roberta), being impossible, because "he is not at the hotel, he has not arrived, he will arrive later or today he will not arrive". The different emails also do not receive an answer. Nor do they give a specific response to Hotels.com, which finally refers me to make a dispute in my bank.
