Spacious 1800 Sq Ft Ocean View Condo

180 m2/1800 sq ft OCEAN VIEW condo fully equipped (fridge, microwave, oven, coffee machine, plates and utensils).
Part of the JW Mariott complex. Access to Dawn Beach club own swimming pool, exercise room, towels and linens, pool bar and restaurants.
Units can fit up to 8 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one in master bedroom), sofa bed and a laundry room. Satellite TV with flat screen in each room.
Master bedrooms have a king bed and en suite powder room and bathroom, second and third bedroom have a queen bed and en suite bathroom.
Available on site at JW Mariott are 2 restaurants, spa. Room cleaning service in the middle of the stay ($for extra), car rental on site. Parking space specially for the Dawn Beach occupants. Only 10 mins away from Philipburg, Orient Bay and 15 mins away from the airport Marigot , Grand Case and Pelican bay.

The Dawn Beach Club condo was wonderful. Very spacious, clean and had a terrific view of the Caribbean ocean and Oyster Bay. It was perfect for my wife and two daughters. Also, having access to the JW Marriott pool and restaurants was very nice. The staff were exceptionally friendly, proving the slogan that "St. Maarten is the friendly island". My communication with the owner was excellent. He immediately reached out after we booked it and his advise about getting a rental vehicle was spot on. We loved our Christmas stay and will definitely be back.

Dawn Beach Club

We had an amazing stay at the Dawn Beach Club! The unit was very nice and clean exactly as the pictures showed. It had all the comforts of home but with a stunning view! We liked the beach and pool area staff at the Pool Bar were so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Dawn Beach Club and would definetly stay here again, it was a fabulous 2 week vacation.
