This was a wonderful place to stay! Pool was delightful and the ocean views were breathtaking. Our property manager was always available to answer questions and help us anyway he could. Thanks Manoj…so grateful for you and your assistance. We stayed from March 1 to 31 and the condo was cleaned of course, before we came and then 14 days in. I would have liked to have a cleaning at day 10 and again at day 20. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. We also left things for the next visitors to use. We have already booked for next winter. RS, Ontario, Canada

May 2025 visit

First time on the island. Property was exactly as listed in the description. The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and coolers, which made everything that much easier while visiting. The property managers, Mariana and Manoj, are very easy to work with and highly communicative. The property is located in a gated community, and we never felt unsafe. The only drawback was location. If you are looking for quiet and secluded, this is a great option. We visited in May and the east side of the island, where this property is located, was inundated with Sargassum Seaweed, so there was not a beach close by. We drove on average 30-45 mins (each way) to beaches on the western side of the island each day. This is not a poor reflection of the property itself, but worth mentioning. A rental car is a MUST.

Wonderful Property and great Hosts

The property was wonderful - as listed. In a clean, safe location and located in a quiet area within gated community. Up high on a hill overseeing the Dawn Bay beach, facing east. What an experience watching the sunrise in the morning from all rooms. It was tidy, clean and spacious for a family of 4. The hosts Manoj and Mariana were great, nice, accommodating and quick to respond. Great experience and we really enjoyed on vacation there.

Beautiful condo w/amazing views!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Luna Sul Mare! The condo itself was beautiful, extremely clean and very well stocked. It literally had everything we needed plus more! And the view was spectacular!!! The pool was also wonderful, we basically had it to ourselves the entire stay! The hosts, Mariana and her husband Manoj were wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed including beach toys for our kids (6yr and 11yr). There was an open line of communication the entire length of our stay. Anytime I had a question it was answered immediately. Manoj was even sweet enough to message me to make sure we made it home safely. Overall is was a 10/10! Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t be disappointed!

Mariana and Manoj were great hosts of Luna Sul Mare

This property is gorgeous inside and out, the views are fantastic and Manoj and Mariana were great to work with. They answered questions before we arrived and after very quickly and with great patience. The pictures represent the unit exactly and we were very happy during our stay. The furniture/bedding in the unit and on the balcony was very comfortable and great to start the day with a coffee or end the day with a glass or two. The internet and TV worked great and even provided us with Canadian News etc. The pool was clean and was never busy. There is security at the entrance to the district. We felt very comfortable and safe in this area. Being an older driver, I found the roads in St Maarten to be intimidating as the other drivers are aggressive and there are lots of potholes and steep inclines - this is not anything to take away from this unit and the hosts but is a consideration when booking. I would recommend booking with Manoj and Mariana.

Birthday trip.

Me and my sister absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was nice and very clean. The owners were very responsive each and every time I had a question and the scenery? OMG the pictures are just a tease it was breathtaking. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys so much!!!

Excellent Property

The property was even better than the listing - it had everything we need including beach chairs and a cooler. The view from the property is insane. Check in and out was very simple and communication with the property manager was always prompt. Don't hesitate to book.
