Host was great and very attentive. The property however is not well cleaned or maintained. The common hallway often smelled of cigarette smoke, there is a heavy fragrance smell as well that other reviewers have mentioned such that my family members wtih asthma had to get other arrangements.There was mold on the shower curtain liner in the primary bath and on the walls above the tile, large amounts of dust on the walls and baseboards. The return air vent by the trashcan in the kitchen is black. Does not seem to be getting professionally cleaned and the linens and bedding show lots of wear. Just not a great experience for the price

The location was quiet and convenient to my destination for the weekend. However, the property was dirty and there was a hideous odor to the unit and the building in general. There were also several insects throughout the property, hair in the microwave, bathrooms are not meticulously cleaned, all bath and bed linens are old and heavily used. It appears that this is a college apartment being rented out for the summer. While I appreciate the convenience, the property should present in a way that is welcoming and clean to those renting. I would not stay here again.

Met our needs

We stayed two nights for our child’s college orientation. Nice to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Essential needs were provided. Quiet, convenient location. Would have been excellent, but property needs a deep clean & possibly a dehumidifier. Smells & humidity upon arrival made the first night very uncomfortable. Smells absorbed into sheets, rugs, couch, shower curtain. That negative outweighed the positives, unfortunately. Second night improved with A/C running.

Close to university

We were in town for a swim invite. We enjoyed the ease to campus as well as plenty of space and separate bathrooms. Also loved ability to eat in and not always out. Very easy to communicate with owner. Quick reply and great help when we left something behind. Definitely would book again.

Price was reasonable, location was fair, cleanliness was excellent. Weirdly, I never figured out how to make the shower work in the master. There were several TVs but no access to programming.

Beautiful Condo with Very Nice and Responsive Host

We stayed at this beautiful condo while we were in town for our 2 children’s swim meet. This condo was exactly as described with plenty of room for my husband, I and the two kids. Very quick drive to Miami University and uptown Oxford. The host was extremely responsive in his communications and even went above and above with a situation that was not even required of him. I highly recommend this rental. I know we plan to stay here for future swim meets!

College Visit

Came into town to visit my daughter for Dad’s weekend for her sorority. The property was very convenient to campus. The condo was spacious, very well maintained, and clean. The property owner was very responsive and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.
