While the rooms are clean and the Mosaic suites are right in the center of the village, it is missing a few amenities that I would just expect of hotels in 2025. The television did not have the ability to cast to it, nor did it have any streaming services available to log into. The reception of the wifi was shoddy and actually just dropped along with TV service during our stay. The bathrooms look dated and the grout in the shower was showing stains. For the price that they are charging per night, I would expect a bit more upkeep within the rooms themselves.

We have always stayed at Westin whenever we go to Blue mountain, this is the first time we stayed at Mosaic and was surprisingly impressed. There are mixed review regarding the cleanliness, but our room was pretty decent. It is a much closer walk to the village compared to Westin, and resort fee is much lower. Will definitely stay here again

My room was dirty when i checked in, housekeeping did not clean the bathroom properly and we had to be given another room. I was questioned when I requested extra sheets, "what's wrong with the sheets you have? Why do you need more?" The person's tone was so rude when they asked, that I just told them to forget it. The rooms are old and need to repaired/upgraded. The dial on the OLD thermostat broke. When maintenance arrived, even though he was polite he had the nerve to say that we broke it and it was our fault.
