During your stay, please be sure to follow the following house rules:
- Smoking of any kind of not permitted
- Parties or events of any kind are not permitted
- Hygiene is important to us, so please put away rubbish and use the garbage bags and cleaning wipes provided to ensure cleanliness.
- Please make sure to keep dirty shoes off of the bed, floors and furniture.
- Please do not move our furniture or decorations.
- Please use our black towels for makeup removal. Stains on white towels that cannot be removed are considered damaged.

We do charge extra fees in case of extra cleaning, loss or damage to property such as linen, towels, furniture and appliances.

### EV Charging & Non-Domestic Utility Use

* **NO ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) CHARGING is permitted at the property.** Guests must not use any indoor or outdoor power outlets to charge electric vehicles.
* **Water must not be used for washing vehicles or filling water tanks, truck tanks, trailers, containers, or for any other non-domestic purpose.**
* Electricity and water supplied at the property are for **normal domestic use during the booked stay only**.
* **Any unauthorised EV charging, excessive water use, or non-domestic utility use may result in additional charges for the costs incurred.**
* Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the booking platform and dealt with in accordance with the property`s House Rules and platform policies.
