Parking was an issue. Music too loud from the club open garden. There are two steps from rooms to the carpark all along becareful. All open no safety rails etc. Around the accommodation there were a couple of eyesores that took up parking spots.

Room was dirty and worn down. Bathroom smelled bad. The employees are all very helpful. The main area with restaurants, restrooms and casino are lovely. The motel section needs lots of work and very disappointing.

Greatly located so close to club and walking distance of shopping and petrol. Obviously noise can be a factor when rooms are close to main roads but wouldn’t put me off. Vacuuming under beds looks like very rare as numerous pieces rubbish including full can of mixed alcoholic drink under beds

Everything was really nice but when I went into the bathroom the shower look like it was gonna fall off and there was a bandage Band-Aid of some sort left up near the soap containers so I think they forgot to take that out when they cleaned the shower but other than that we always have a great time there, sit out in the balcony have coffee the pools absolutely beautiful even the wildlife

Convenient for an overnighter

Convenient stop for us for an overnight stay. The bonus for us was the free membership to the RSL, which turned out a double bonus because it is my birthday month and we got a $15 credit at the club where we had dinner

The manager Anne was a friendly, professional, outgoing, awesome, knowledgeable, capable and lovely person who I believe you are sooooo lucky to have. She is the sort of person any company would be proud and lucky to have working for them. She is a treasure to have. Also Michelle who was working on the counter on the weekend is a very capable and a lovely person as well. You are so very lucky to have two really amazing women in your employment. If I were you I would do anything I had to to keep them, as they are what you want as the face of your motel.

We didn’t like the receptionist who refused to change our room from an upstairs room to a downstairs one when the booking confirmation came through by phone. She told me ‘bad luck’ that’s what you booked! She told me to go back to my ‘third party’ where I booked it and get them to do it. On arrival we still had the upstairs room even though I tried to amend it (it wasn’t as easy as she told me it would be) but Danielle was delightful and moved it for us. Thank heavens for staff like Danielle, I actually told the previous receptionist (wish I got her name) that she wasn’t promoting her business with her attitude!

Property is basically like staying in the rear loading zone of a shopping centre. Noisy carpark next to a very busy road. Room comfy and good price but souless modern stuff. Not midcentury at all. Communal areas were pretty dirty with mud spilt coffee etc.reception is next door in the rsl not at the hotel.
