Private entrance, private washroom, private kitchen, “Darkening-Curtains”for assured sleep, Work-Desk, and legal certified exterior cameras (get full suite to yourself)!
This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Bus stop just steps away! Restaurants, COSTCO, Walmart, Dollarama, Michaels, Winners, Cnd Tire, lots of plazas all within 5-6 minutes and the highway 407 401 are only a short quick drive from your suite! Even University OIT, Durham College closeby!
The space
-Quiet residential area
-Private driveway and lots of parking.
-There is a nicely sized work desk.
-There is a large backyard (large enough for a small child to get lost) but we haven’t landscaped in order to maintain & preserve its naturality and the innocent wildlife.
-There is no TV
-There are 2 single seater cushioned chairs in the den (no loveseat)
-I am not sure why the ad says that the work-desk is in a common area. Only you, the guests, have access to it and no one else. It is a fully dedicated work-desk for you only and no one else.

Although the place is well kept, please keep in mind it’s an old house so you may sometimes hear sounds from upstairs guests.
