Interesting experience

My first experience with capsule hotel. Centralise aircon with a ventilation fan in cabin.. very comfortable stay. Very clean toilet. Provides PJ toothbrush and toothpaste. Supply shaver with shaving cream, after shave and hair tonic etc. Very thoughtful. Open concept bath house and sauna for use. The cabin design helps minimise snoring noise. Overall very positive experience.

The Men's onsen is switched up over the weekends from our usage solely to accomodate the ladies from what wasn't expected while there. So, the Ladies onsen was in use only for Men on Friday afternoon. It probably shifts back to Men Only on Monday presumably. Then the breakfast option (500¥) which includes free beverages, is limited to scrambled eggs, some type of pan-fried deli meat, homemade waffles, toast, pickled vegetables, cold refrigderated soft-boiled eggs and steamed rice, is rather limiting in itself. At the hostel in Kyoto there were free beverages, e.g. coffee, teas, and water. However nothing available as in other capsule places like in Tokyo which offer more variation and variety plus free beverages. Everything else was fantastic.
