It’s a great location, just 10 minute walk from Osaka station some great food options around. The hotel is quite old but the rooms are well maintained and still had the grand feeling. Beds are super comfy and really deep relaxing bath. For the price, it’s definitely worth it

Had an excellent stay in the Club Executive suite, spacious, good separation from sitting room area and bedroom. The views were great and amazing sunset captured. Executive club was a godsend, somewhere to relax with a drink and nibbles between the back and forth of visiting tourist sites. The staff were all amazing and were always very helpful. Very good job with laundry too. If we return to Osaka, will definitely stay again.

This was a really pleasant experience staying at this hotel. I actually didn’t realize how fancy this hotel was when I booked it, but it was a pleasant surprise for sure. The view is stellar, even at the lower hotel level on the 27th floor. The staff was amazing and great to deal with. The breakfast was excellent (both the Japanese a Western ones, though we were partial to the “unlimited” fresh pastries). I would 100% stay here again.
