The apartment is located in a new residence opened in 2023, just above Ortisei, in a quiet, sunny area with stunning mountain views. Guests enjoy easy access to the Sellaronda ski circuit, breathtaking views of the Odle from Seceda, and the beautiful Alpe di Siusi plateau. Public transport connections are within walking distance from the property.
