Ortahisar Vacation Packages

We arrived at the hotel at 4pm and were immediately hit by a nasty smell in the lobby. We checked in went to our room to find out that it was not the room we booked. We had booked a double bed and 2 single bed room. We were given a double bed and 1 single bed. We went to reception to find put they gave the room we booked to someone else. They offered to cancel our reservation so we chose that option and had to book somewhere else.

Very disappointing stay We stayed for 4 nights and were very disappointed. The room was not cleaned during our entire stay, the internet was very poor, and the towels were old and stained. There were no facial tissues, no iron, and no extra toilet paper unless we asked for it. The bathroom also had an unpleasant smell, and the duvet provided for our king-size bed was only twin size. Most concerning, I found a bug in the breakfast seasoning. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well-maintained. Definitely not what we expected from a hotel.
