Simply Simcoe on Carthew Bay is an ideal family lakefront retreat! Gorgeous waterfront with mature landscaping and two docks at the cottage for sunny days in summer. Walking/hiking nature trails steps from the drive. Close to Hawkestone Beach and shops. Fabulous fishing and boating. In winter there are miles of trails for cross country skiing and snowmobiling.  About 25 minute drive to local skiing.  Located on the western shores of Lake Simcoe, this is the perfect family cottage! Just minutes from the town of Orillia with its shops and restaurants and a short distance to Hawkestone with its public beach and ice cream shop. Lots of room for kids to run and play and swim.  Close to local public sandy beach. Cruise the lake by boat, and explore the bays and inlets by kayak or paddle board. Enjoy walks, running, and cycling on the nearby trails. The sunny exposure provides glorious day time sun and end the day with a campfire by the shore.



The entry to the lake has a rocky bottom at the dock, and and sand beach bottom as you go out into the bay. 



Available for year round rental. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, hot tub and more. Rental includes two kayaks. Docking available for boats up to 21 feet.
