Great location

The place was lovely and in a perfect location. The staff that we encountered were not friendly at all (this doesn’t include the ones at the gate they were all extremely nice and very helpful.) The lady at the pool was just mean both times we had to see her. Seemed to just bark orders and snap at everyone that came through the door. The gentleman assisting with the slides was equally as rude to nearly everyone that came off the water slide. May have been easier if he was actually up on the deck opposed to the side of the pool across from the slides blowing his whistle every time it was the next persons turn to go.

Nice area.

The area is nice but the place was dirty. We had to run and buy cleaning wipes to wipe everything down because we were grossed out. Everything else was good. Communication was great.

Shocking Management Company

The complex is ok but the Apartment was dirty and ill equipped. Never have anything to do with Wonder Vacation Homes. We had a problem with the internet which they said they would resolve and the day before we left we resolved it ourselves. They promised four times to send us a kettle which never arrived.

First timer

Easy to find, the communication with the company was excellent. Condo was clean and very roomy, the only issue I had was we had to drive to get anywhere, ie, supermarket, store and shops. Over all a great stay!

Exactly as pictured

We had a great stay in this condo. It's exactly as shown in the pictures. Was very clean and had everything we needed. We didn't cook in the unit, but the kitchen had all the basics, and the washer/dryer combo made doing laundry a breeze. The pool area was great, we found chairs to relax in even on Thanksgiving Day. The tiki bar had good drinks and food for an easy lunch. Location was great and close to all the area attractions. We would definitely stay in this unit again on another trip. Thank you for sharing your place with us! We loved it!

Best stay

I had a great stay at Stoney lake. Usually I’ll spend days finding the perfect place to stay in and this one tops the cake. I loved the environment and was such an easy check in. It was so comfortable and clean when showed up. They had music ambience music playing when we checked in so we felt welcome. They gave me everything detail of the apartment, answered all the questions, and gave me a step by step check in. Overall I would book this place again when I come back to Florida.

Issues with door lock

The door would not lock and tried to contact the weekend contact given and there was no communication after issue was brought up. The lock started working again so we assumed it was taken care of but it would have been good to here from contact

Great Stay

This place was very nice, clean and comfortable. We only got 4 bath towels for 8 days for the 4 of us and that was diffucult as our washer/dryer combo was not working and we were there for a dance convention and had no time to go to a laundrymat. Nice swimming pool facilities. Check in and out was easy. We would go back there again to stay but make sure we had a working washer and dryer for sure and maybe extra towels too.

Great location to Disney and Orlando Activities

Great location, clean and tidy room. Would have appreciated some basic cooking items but understand why you don’t provide them. Would have liked to have some pool towels provided as other units did have them. Pots and pans require replacement as they are warped and scratched and are teflon. Otherwise would stay and will most likely book this location again.

We stayed at this property for a week and here are some pros and cons: Pros: It is easy to get to Disney property from the location. The bed was really comfy. The kitchen appliances are new and fancy. The location was relatively quiet. Decent price. Cons: Minimal and rough towels, none for the pool. The carpet was stained in several places, and elevator is gross. The trail around the pond had a lot of garbage, and the bridges across the pond are in need of repair (holes, and shaky). There is minimal seating at the pool (often all gone by noon), and the accompanying water park was crazy busy. There are no stores or restaurants in walking distance.

Above average stay

Lack of dresser in second bedroom and lack of shelving in second bathroom. Washer dryer condo performance was disappointing. Excellent floor plan and great location. Second pool (mostly adults) was very much enjoyed. Entrance & exit staff was friendly and Helpful.

Exceeded Expectations

This condo was the nicest place I have ever stayed in Florida. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Bathrooms and storage spaces were fabulous. I highly recommend this condo and would return if I’m in the area again.
