Pros: Location very close to Disney, water slides, large pool, multi-bedroom suites Cons: -Check in was horrible. They overcharged me for the resort fee (the fee went up from $49 to $65/night after I booked). Thankfully they fixed this easily when I pointed it out. They offered me a free room upgrade - I assumed it was because of their resort fee error... but it wasn't. After I accepted the upgrade they said "if you'll just do 1 thing for us; scan this QR code and leave us a review". I said I couldn't leave a review before having experienced the resort. They tried to convince me otherwise, but I insisted. They cancelled my upgrade, however, they they gave me the wrong room number for the keys they gave me (they probably sent me to the upgraded room with the non-upgraded room keys). So I made the long walk back to the front desk to get new keys. -The room was fairly clean and was close to being really nice. However, the top bunk bed had several slats (skinny boards) supporting the mattress that were much weaker than the original slats that came with the bed. They looked like plywood and they snapped immediately when my kid got on the bed. My kid is nowhere near the 150 lb weight limit for the bed. -The shower looks in great condition and the hotel provided Dove shampoo/conditioner/body wash. This was almost a highlight of the room, until I turned the water on. Very low water pressure. -Very loud music from the pool 9am-9pm. Disturbing to all rooms facing the pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend here. Our only complaint would be to have more entrances to the pool/waterpark area. Very clean and comfortable beds as well.

The pool was closed most of the time for unknown reasons with no updates. I understand a couple of times was due to weather, but nobody would come around and speak with those waiting. The room was dark. Every other elevator was out of service.

We chose this location because of the water park feature. While there, 2 of the waterslides and the the pool were closed. We were given various times when the pool would be opened, but it didn't happen. Also, the fire alarm went off in the hotel so the pool area had to be cleared of the hundreds of people who were there. Finally, when we decided to leave because we couldn't use the pool, we wanted to rinse with the outside shower before leaving the facility. I pulled the cord to start the shower and it came off in my hand.

It took over an hour to check in, after we checked in they hounded us about going on a timeshare tour. It was a nightmare. There was so much construction that alot of thenstuff was closed. The food was overpriced and the elevators were not working. It was loud past 11 and we paid over 700 for 3 nights. Waste of money

We booked our stay for 4 nights but ended up leaving after just about 3 hrs. The room was so dirty. We booked 2 single beds and 1 queen bed. 1 one the beds was not made. Bathroom door did not locked. The closets and drawers were broken. Our building were by the construction area so it was very noisy and dirty. We tried calling the front desk multiple times but no one answered so we went to the front desk to complained. We were told to go back to our room and pack up our belongings someone will come and move us to another room within 15-20 minutes. We went back, packed up and waited over 45 minutes and no one showed up. We ended up going back to the front desk, checked out and left.

Not what I expected. Got the same room as my second room and different pricing. I did not know they were adjacent rooms and the room next door had a dog that would not stop barking and the smell of marijuana was coming through the door. The facility is dated.

Overall everything was ok, but i wished they share the fact they are under construction before making your reservation here. So the amenities were less, especially if you are traveling with your kids. Our building was far away from the water park.

The elevator for our building was broken. We had to climb 6 flights of stairs with all our luggage. There wasn’t enough parking near our building so we had to walk far. The room was clean and staff were friendly. Our room type was overbooked and rooms weren’t available at check in. They put us in 2 rooms instead of a 3 bedroom suite.

They charge $30 for parking, yet finding a spot is a struggle. The room was noticeably dirty, with food remnants in the corners. Unfortunately, the overall experience was quite disappointing.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. I just didn’t appreciate Holiday INN promoting a tour of their new location and not fully disclosing that the “tour” was an actual attempt to sell me a time share for $100,000. I denied them several times but they were so forceful. It was supposed to be 90 minutes but I felt like I was being held hostage and they took 4 hours of my time. Completely misleading. When I confronted the holiday inn staff, they said “their a third party company and we have nothing to do with that”, they took no accountability. If holiday inn is to promote a company under their roof, then holiday in is vetting that company, and holiday inn should be held accountable for the poor service that said company provides. Nonetheless THE MANAGER SAVED THE DAY!!!! I forgot his name but the manager came in and rectified the situation and gave us a generous amount of food credit for us to use and I was so thankful!!!! Other than that I was placed in a building where the elevator doesn’t work and we had to walk extra far for everything. No ice machine. The amentities were great! Despite the fake “tour” that took away time I’ll never get back with my kids, I would actually come back to this place!

This property was not at all what I expected. The "remodeling" consists of painting over everything without regard to fixing what is underneath, faucets were always dripping, doors to our room wouldn't close, thermostat was hanging off the wall, and the list goes on and on. No cleaning of the pool or "waterslides" and the water was always very cold. It was always loud every day and night and not many staff that were available to help. I was highly disappointed. Won't be back there.
