I’ve stayed here before and this is the worst experience we had. Check in was confusing. Made the line 3xs 25 min each time and was told they couldnt guarantee me in by check in time. When my room was ready, made the line again just to get keys. No pool towels, not enough room towels. The kids wanted ice cream and their “system” was down. I’m not sure what happened this time around but it’s usually not this chaotic.

They kept shutting the pool down for too long. I understand it was lightning, but they overdid it on how long they kept the pool closed no towels in the pool area whatsoever and it was hard to get towels into your room. It’s just not a great experience.

This is a very old resort. Buildings show their age. However, rooms are renovated and very clean. The market does not offer many food options.

Everything was great except for the tiny towels they give at the pool that are children size and didn’t cover an adult’s body, they’re a half towel. Bring your own towel when coming to this hotel if possible

I booked this resort months ago and hyped my kiddos up for all of the fun water slides. When I arrived hey informed me that they are under renovation and the main section of water slides/pools was closed. The only pool that was open was 3 buildings over and only had a pool and a kiddie section with slides. My room was in the middle of the renovations and heard LOUD construction sounds from early morning until night. Walking around the resort was like a maze where you had to find your out. I was very disappointed because the resort SHOULD have had the common decency to inform me that they were under construction and allow me the opportunity to book another hotel if I wanted to. They did offer me $20.00 off per night but that was nothing. I still had to pay their nightly resort fee for NOTHING. I paid for nightly parking even though my car was stuck in a construction area. I didn’t book any amusement parks because the resort WAS our amusement. Shame on them for a rotten trip!

My kids are 20 months, 5 yrs old, and 7 years old and loved our stay so much that they are asking when they can go back. I loved the layout of the room. I’ve been to the resorts and it is comparing apples to oranges. This is more for families interested in the pool area with water slides for all ages or for families that enjoy economy pricing for a split floor plan.

First of all it's confusing to find the check in when we finally found it we waited in line 4 ahead of us 1 worker for a HR to check in. Finally we head to building 9 guess what no elevator it's broken . We had to use building 7 elevators and walk that far! Then the pool slides were all closed my granddaughter didn't get to enjoy it. The family above us were so loud until 2 am it was ridiculous I doubt I'll be back
