There was no room at any of the pools, no chairs. People were literally laying on the dirty ground. Expensive for what you get. Grounds need updating. No one cleans the rooms. Would not recommend.

Every time we visit Orlando we always stay here. Never had any problems staying in Sheraton Vistana. Great pools, great staff,great amenities,etc Everything was perfect

Horrible.

Dirty rooms. Cockroaches in the closet. Boiling hot water upon opening the shower so be careful. Marriott takes no responsibility for anything. Avoid.

Overall we were quite pleased with the resort. It has nice villas and the amenities are good. Access to basketball, beach volleyball, tennis and pickleball were huge pluses for us. Dining options are limited, so you have to go off site.

The property was gorgeous! The room was very clean and had all of the amenities. We appreciated the screened in balcony and ease of walking to nearby pools and hot tubs. Note that life vests are not offered and you have to pay for parking at a daily rate. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. It’s beautiful!

Very disappointed in this property. The rooms are run down, the pools were average but the dining and bar areas were below average- food quality, choice and price. They also charge for everything! I asked for 4 clean room towels and was charged a $10 fee. The parking was difficult to get a normal sized SUV into. Overall would not recommend this property.
