What a great house to spend 5 days in. The pool and hot tub were perfect. We spent alot of time outside by the pool which had a great patio. The house was very spacious and the game room was great.

Love it!

House was very clean and fully equipped with everything you needed. It was very spacious clean and just right for my family of 10 I’ll definitely recommend and return again the next time I’m here in the area, host was also great response is very good oh guys the stove is everything omg enjoyed cooking dinner breakfast , etc . I love it.

Brand New Villa

The entertainment features coupled with my children’s laughter created the most admirable family getaway. At the time, they were building more units and I guess it's time we sampled them. I can’t wait to swim and play the arcade machine.

Beautiful house but…

House is beautiful and the check-in process was easy. Received the door code in advance so all we needed to do was check in at the front gate. First night there the pool heat was not on and then there was a bad storm and shorted out the internet/WiFi. They worked diligently to get the WiFi working again but didn’t get fixed until day 3. We have verizion so we had no cell service and no internet until they got it fixed. When the worker came to check the internet and pool heat we asked him about the air conditioning in the game room. The air was at 62 degrees. Apparently the management company holds the remote so nobody looses the remote because that would be a $400 charge for to the visitor. He said he had a remote in his truck and would make it warmer but jumped in his truck and drive off. The gate to get in is on a fairly traveled road and took us 25 minutes sitting in a half mile long stretch of traffic to get in during a weekday. The area is still under construction so be mindful of the dumpsters and trucks and construction equipment. Given the amenities of the house we’d probably stay again only when there is no construction and they have better WiFi and cell service and have the bugs worked out. This is a new property.

Marvellous home!

The stories I heard about this place got me so excited- I was there at dawn. Immediately my friends arrived, we were shown our unit- it was marvelous. From the paintwork to the furniture, I loved everything. It was one week of uplifting fun.

Amazing Villa

I’m a foodie so, the kitchen was my first stop- there was nothing to regret. The kitchen is all stocked with some high-level cookers- you can literally cook anything. The kitchen is also strategically located to serve both the living room and dining table. For me, the place is amazing.

Totally awesome find!

When they assigned us a unit, I hoped for space, a view, and a field. I got the first two and I guess that was more than enough. My family is large so the space came in handy while the view of the vast landscape provided the perfect bonding spot for me and my newborn. Themed room was a plus too!

Nice Villa for Family Gateway!

A colleague invited me over for a weekend, the experience was like no other. The well-lit rooms and large windows somehow bring nature in. They are building more units every day.
