Great Property

Communication was on point! The only reason I wouldn't give a 5 star is because we were told we could check in early so we arrived early but didn't end up getting to check in until 10 minutes after our check in time. We were tired after an 8 hour drive. Instead of giving us a discount they stated we could stay an extra 10 minutes. We didn't need any extra time at check out since we were rushing to get on a cruise. We actually checked out early.

Great location but needs cleaning and work

You cannot beat the location of this property to the Disney parks, but the house needs a deep cleaning. We had thermostat problems and they cannot be controlled from the house. I had to message the owner every time it got too hot (which was really a problem in the evening). Below I am going to paste my message to the owner detailing the issues with the house and I will try to include her reply. To the owner: Coming back to a 76 degree house after a day in the parks was bad, but when we left and began stripping beds, the mattress pads were stained and unsanitary looking (I have a pic if you want me to send it). We stopped stripping the beds because we did not want to see what was there. The entire house could use a deep cleaning, but there are some repairs that need to be made. In one of the upstairs bathrooms, the shower handle was standing in the corner and shower doors were off the track. One shower curtain was barely attached to the rod. There was also a broken toilet seat attachment. There were no potholders in the kitchen and only a round pizza tray...no baking sheets. There were 9 of us but only 8 bath towels. We found some beach towels and made due. There were no washcloths so we bought some at Walmart. There were also no kitchen rags or sponges so we bought those too. The location of the property cannot be beat, but the housekeeping and maintenance were not 5 star. I will try to post the owner's reply in a second review.

Absolutely Beautiful

This house is all you can ask for on vacation, a perfect location. You feel safe and right at home, the host is there for you 100%. Close to shopping, dining and all the parks Orlando offers. If you choose to spend a little time at the house and have family time, there is a open kitchen, pool and entertainment room, and much more with a community park, pool gym and more to adventure to. Which is a perfect for a big family getaway or just a small family wanting privacy and time to relax and enjoying life.

Karate Tournament

We had a number of us in this house and all the young people enjoyed the game room with theater seating. Most nights we had to kick them out of there to go to bed. Communication with Selina was very prompt in responding. We weren't short any pots, pans, dishes, or silverware. Loved the added touches of the towel birds on the beds!! Very close to stores and Disney! Would stay here again but because of how popular our house was with the rest of the team we are looking for an even bigger house for us next year!!!

Best Location and Amenities for families!

The general location of this place in proximity to Disney etc is amazing. But this specific house is also amazing for families because within the neighborhood, it is directly across the street from a wonderful playground, and it’s one of the closest houses to the main pool (5 min walk). We had 7 kids ages 1-7 at this house and felt that safety was top knotch. It’s generally child proof and the pool door alarm system, door lock, and pool gate gave us peace of mind. The rest was as pictured! Great place, will recommend to others!
