We made a reservation and when we arrived for checking they could not find the booking then suddenly they found it. They did not have any rooms available and advised us to call Expedia to get a refund. We called and when Expedia tried to reach out to confirm they never answered. We were scared for our lives in that area, people loitering and likely high on drugs. We wanted to run out of there. I tried multiple times to reach out to the hotel and have Expedia reach out to get a refund and no answer from RW hotel. We had to scramble last minute to get a room with our three kids in the car. I was scammed and fooled by the previous reviews which was the only reason I even booked the hotel.

When I got there the place looked run down. Then there was absolutely no one at the first desk. I waited for 30 min and still no one arrived. Mind you I had a child with me. I ended up leaving the place and checking into another hotel

Quietly located away from the highway. Close to many restaurants. Clean room. No smell. Good price for what I needed it for. I did reserve a king size bed. When i Checked In at 3 Pm. I was told there was none available. Thus, I had to take a room with 2 queens. There was no light in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I was satisfied.

If you want something low budget but do-able, this is not it. Seems like low income ppl live out of these rooms. Leak in roof, beds are dirty, no towels, light bulbs go out, check in is sketchy with an employee responding from a ring doorbell camera. I would not recommend this to anyone unless youre used to the hood.

Would not stay here again.

Room was run down with dead roaches on the floor. No toilet paper holder and no garbage can. Felt compelled to move armchair in front of door for safety reasons due to lack of freestanding deadbolt. Holes in the wall and mysterious stains.
