Overall the stay was ok. Something was biting me in my sleep but whenever I would wake up and shine my light I wouldn’t see anything that’s really my only complaint. Oh and the room had a damp smell to it that was unpleasant.

When we went to bed we noticed the bed sheets were stained, we called the front office and they brought us more stained sheets and then ignored our call. Room was never vacuumed, and the heater did not work. When we called they said it would take a while for the heat to kick in and it never did.

It was great. Everything we needed, breakfast was basic but good. The shuttle though. I chose this place because it had a shuttle. Unfortunately the drop off and pick up times were not what I was expecting. Maybe that’s my fault.

The lock on our door was broken. Did not feel safe. Kids running up and down outside door at 1:00 am. Did not clean room second day and when I emptied our garbage and put the bags out by the door. I was reprimanded by staff Heater did not work in the room
