Online pics of property were inaccurate. All of the furniture is filthy and worn out. The pool looks disgusting. The beds are squeaky, sheets are itchy, and the morning of checkout a guest found what appeared to be a bed bug crawling on the pillow in the master bedroom. The check in process was horrible. Originally they did not send the access code and then sent the wrong one. Waited outside the condo for over 2 hours to get in and they did not even offer to compensate. Would never stay there again.

We spent three weeks at this property with five people and were really looking forward to a relaxing holiday. The location is beautiful, the neighborhood welcoming, and the house itself has a great layout — spacious and comfortable in design.Unfortunately, there were several issues that made it difficult to fully enjoy our stay. From the start, we noticed there wasn’t enough equipment for five people — too few plates, glasses, and cutlery — and many items and pieces of furniture were already quite worn or damaged. It seemed the property hasn’t been cared for as well recently as earlier reviews suggested.More concerning was that we experienced both cockroaches and bedbugs, despite keeping everything clean and trying to prevent insects from entering. This was very uncomfortable and affected our ability to relax, especially during a three-week stay with all our personal belongings.On a positive note, communication with the owners and management team was very good. They were responsive, understanding, and tried their best to handle the situation. We also appreciated the small compensation offered. Still, it’s hard to enjoy a holiday when such issues are part of daily life.The house itself is truly beautiful and has great potential — it just needs more care and attention again, both from management and future guests. Sadly, as things stand, we wouldn’t choose to return.

Had problems getting in and could not talk to the host because they wasn't 24 hours. Third party was just worried about if i paid my money or not. It was late and everyone in the car was tried and ready to rest. That made the trip stressful.

It was great. Wish there was more accommodations like wash clothes for showering and more than just one hand towel in the kitchen with no wash clothes. Also all the chairs but one were broke by the pool area. Pool was great and loved the location to the community pool

Just ok

Overall the stay was ok, pool was not clean, mattresses definitely need to be replaced. Also should have an exterminator. Host was very responsive and also early check in was great!! Served it’s purpose we really didn’t spend much time there only to sleep.

Just ok

The location was great and close to the parks but we quickly realized that a lot of small things were wrong. For starters the lights in the downstairs bathroom did not work at all, the lights in the kitchen just over the most important areas did not work and the ones that did flickered periodically, the handle to the fridge pulled off on fist opening, the tv remote in the main bedroom did not operate the tv, the tv in the spiderman room did not have any type of connection to allow it to be used, most of the bedframes were sagging and the furniture although not to important, was old and cracking. With a long day visiting the parks these small items made a difference. the host did offer to come by but we were at parks and were not comfortable having someone come in with our stuff there and by the time we got back it was to late in the evening. It was disappointing because the host mentioned someone had been there prior to our arrival to check on things.

Back door to get to pool area barley opened lights in the master bathroom barely turned on had to leave the doors open to even see there was trash bag on the counter with trash when I arrived and the tv remote didn’t even work had to buy batteries just to use it ..

Extremely Poor Management

upon arrival, we had no access code to get in. When arriving at the property there was disgusting trash all over by the front door. Entering into the townhouse, there were many light bulbs out. There were broken chairs on the side of the unit that were suppose to be for the pool. All screens had holes in them so you couldn't open the windows. The electrical outlet was burned out and had no covers on them in bedroom downstairs. The internet was very poor and would kick us off all the time. The management company was quick to email me back, but took no action until I called Vrbo to complain We ended up going to buy our own light bulbs and cleaning the outside enterior ourselves. The management company. Angel Host was AWFUL. This property could be nice if it had a local property manager. Would not recommend if still with this management company.

Beautiful large villa next to the water

Pros Location was great, handy for supermarket and restaurants Security and barrier to gain access Backs onto the water which was lovely for an evening stroll Very clean on arrival, lots of towels and a few toiletries to get us through first night. Booking agent responded quickly to messages Nice little pool which was great for a morning dip Cons Some of the furniture has seen better days and could probably do with replacing or updating. Needs some extra cutlery. Dropped one star due to it taking a few days to sort the faulty tv in the main lounge.

The home is nice, but the pool was in shambles. There was debris, trash, and even band aids surrounding the pool. The poolside chairs were broken and there were broken light fixtures that hung around the water. It was not clean, and it was not safe.and

Our televisions did not work. Our pool chairs were broken. We reported to maintenance an received a promise that maintenance would repair everything. NO ONE EVER CAME OUT TO REPAIR ANYTHING. I BELIEVE I DESERVE A REFUND.
