This place has the potential to be wonderful, and we did enjoy our stay. The layout is great and pool area is nice and was clean. Pool and hot tub heating worked great. The kitchen layout is nice and had everything we needed. The livingroom couch was comfortable and had enough space for 4 adults.However, it needs some updates. Many small things that could be fixed - cracked tile, chipped furniture, water marks, new paint for walls and baseboards, new towels to replace ones with holes and stains, etc... The dishwasher is also very loud - we couldn't run it if we were in the house, even sleeping.

We had an absolutely wonderful time, we stayed in the villa for 3 weeks and it was perfect. We loved the villa, it was clean, well equipped and lovely and spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. We couldn't have been happier returning to the villa 'our home' each night after a day at the parks! We had to contact the owner a couple of times as there was no clothes airer and the toaster broke but the response and quick service was outstanding and the next day we received a clothes airer and a new toaster, she was amazing! The villa is well situated for all the Disney and Universal parks as well as the shopping outlet village and local supermarket, we couldn't fault it.If/when we return to Florida we would definitely love to stay at this villa again. Highly recommend, loved it!

Excellent and Quiet Neighborhood

My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was great being just far away from the craziness in Orlando but not too far from all the parks. The house is just like the pictures described it, quiet neighborhood, kids enjoyed the pool. The house is a little dated but I definitely recommend it and will definitely be back on my next trip to the Orlando area. Having all sorts of restaurants and supermarkets very close by also makes it very easy to enjoy your stay! We loved it, you won’t be disappointed!

My family and I enjoyed the home. It is exactly as shown on VRBO. The spa area was clean and beautiful. Rebecca is the best example of a host. She is very attentive and ensures any needs are met almost instaneously!

Short Halloween getaway

Stayed for four nights over Halloween. House is in a very well decorated neighborhood for Halloween. House itself was clean. It was well stocked with cooking utensils and all the pots and pans we needed. We spent a lot of time in the pool area enjoying the pool and spa. The master bedroom was the only bedroom used and it was very roomy as was the master bathroom. The home is in a nice location near a grocery store and approximately 20 minutes from Disney parks. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Location was great near to all major amusement parks. The home needs some work many appliances were broken like the stove microwave bedroom doors were coming apart. Home needs a deep clean but we were able to make the best of it.

Great family home!

We stayed for four days and we had a blast! The house was super clean. The rooms and mattresses were extremely comfortable! My kids absolutely loved the pool!! The backyard is amazing as well!! Awesome Stay at Amy’s Vacation Villa

Amy’s Vacation Villa is the perfect location for couples, friends, or even a family to stay when visiting the Orlando area. Our stay was flawless! Check-in could not have been easier, and everything was very clean upon arrival. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which is very welcome if you’re out at the theme parks all day. We did not personally use the kitchen, but it appeared well stocked with all the cooking supplies you might need. The biggest draw for us, besides location, was the private pool. It was quite clean and appeared well maintained. If we weren’t sleeping, we were in the pool. The neighborhood was quite quiet, but also incredibly close to all the amenities you could want. It is also 20-30 minutes to the theme parks, if that is what you’re going for. Check out was also a breeze. The hardest thing we had to do was leave the house… we did not want to go! When we are back in the area next, this is our first choice for accommodations.
