This is a clean and spacious home close to Disney. We highly recommend it especially for families with a lot of kids.

House was very clean and organized. Lots of rooms so we had tons of space. Very cute and fun decorations in each room. Easy to access the house and the clubhouse with the lazy river is maybe a mile away, which was very fun. Kitchen could use a larger salute/frying pan for cooking and not all the dishes/silverware were clean, but I don’t think that’s the hosts’ issue so much as likely the guests before us. A little bottle of dish soap was provided so easy to remedy! House had basic essentials like a roll of tp in each room (so bring extra if you stay longer than a day or two) plus even a few welcome snacks which was a nice touch. Overall, great, easy stay for our friend get together!
