Front desk was very welcoming and pleasant. The hot buffet breakfast was a wonderful surprise! I was expecting a continental only. The room was spacious and the bed was just terrific. Especially all the pillows….I love a lot of pillows. Just a short drive to Casino Rama. I highly recommend this hotel.

Much better than my last visit. Shayna did a great job of checking me in and telling me about the hotel's amenities. The room was excellent, large and clean. I used the hot tub, which was a nice touch on a frigid day. The only negative was the heating unit. Even with the fan setting on low or high, it would go on and off, as if it were on auto. And because the unit is fairly loud, it was annoying enough to just turn the unit off. Aside from that, everything else was great.

The room had everything we needed and we were thankful for the free breakfast. Great if you have a dog and kuds. There's a little yard to take your dog out to and plenty of restaurants nearby.

I liked the property in totall, but two major topics that needs to get solved, are: 1.Pillows (not pillow cases) were too smelly we couldnt use them at all! 2. A normal breakfast needs more variety! I couldnt even find boiled an egg or any fruit! Thank you

The hotel has become so run down in the past seven months or so. It literally smells foul. Amenities are disgusting. The roof over the pool leaks and water pools everywhere and pools together and sits stagnant.

Hotel was dated. One staff member was horrible. She was rude, confrontational and in the wrong job. She will hurt this hotel. Threatening, slammed doors in another guests face. Will never stay here again. The man at check in was great and allows our kids a special room for mini sticks
