It needs a little update!

We love staying in this condo, but it can use a little update and deep cleaning! The lights in the laundry doesn’t work, the lights outside the balcony either, the lamp lights are burned on the living as well. Overall, its was an ok experience.

Convenient and good layout

We enjoyed our stay in this condo at Phoenix V. The layout was great and it was really nice to have a third bathroom. Definitely could use some updates, but overall a good location and value.

I was very impressed. The condo was nice and very spacious.

We enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix V. The staff were very friendly and the property was very clean and maintained. Our condo was very spacious and close to the elevators which was very convenient for us. We also enjoyed the large beachfront balcony where we would drink our coffee and eat our meals with our breathtaking view of the ocean. Our overall experience was amazing and we will be back! Thank you for having us!!

Amazing Accommodations!

Very spacious condo. Having three bathrooms was amazing! Huge balcony!!!! Very clean and well kept. There were some basic kitchen items missing, such as oven mitts. However, overall experience was exceptional. We will be looking to book this same condo again on future visits.
