The views from this condo are amazing and the unit itself is beautiful and the amenities of Turquoise Place are excellent. I would give this place a five star rating but there were multiple oddities in our experience:There were a shortage of utensils: When serving up the meal for nine, we discovered there were only six forks, and two steak knives in the entire place. For a unit with eight bedrooms, a head count similar to ours would be typical so just a heads up.Only the right side of the grill was operating with no flame nor grates for the left side. That too created an issue, tryin to cook nine steaks on one side of the grill.There was only one small skillet. While soap was provided, it was a circular shaped bar the size of a quarter, two per room. Barely enough to wash your hands let alone your body so bring your own.One roll of single ply toilet paper so any stay beyond a couple of days, bring your own.I received an email the day before we arrived indicating there was an extra charge for any parking beyond the first space and there charge was extra if paid within the 48 hours prior to booking. Given I was only given 24 hours notice of this charge, I found this odd. When sent the payment link to pay the 50, the link kept indicating a payment due of 475.20. It took three separate communication to the manager to get this resolved and this was on the morning of our departure to the beachSo most of the oddities appear management company related vs owner
