We have been coming to Alabama every year since 2014 and this was our least favorite condo. There are only 2 elevators for the entire building! We knew we needed to pick up our parking passes from the front desk.....but not from 2 condo buildings over?! We had already unloaded our luggage and went to our condo (Pheonix 1) to get up there and find out we had to walk across 2 condo parking lots to Phoenix 3 to get the pass. Then we were in a long line waiting with only one person working at the desk. After all that, we get to our condo that smelled like hot mold! The popcorn ceiling had black mold spots all over it. The floors felt dirty, supplies were extremely limited and the unit itself was tiny! The best part of the condo was the bed. Thankfully, the bed was comfortable. We normally come down to Alabama for 2 weeks with family and friends. My husband and i decided to come by ourselves to celebrate our birthdays for the Weekend. We would have found somewhere else if we were staying longer. Extremely disappointed. We have stayed at Phoenix West and it was awesome. Did message someone about the mold and the smell, never got a response back. Location is great and close to everything. Highly recommend going to Coastal for meals and drinks!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was super close to everything we needed while we were there. They even provided a high chair and a pack n play which was super helpful when traveling with 2 toddlers! We will definitely be back!

Gets the job done

The resort isn’t the best but the location is. A little outdated and the comforter was very thin on the bed. Elevators are slow and ice machine was down in ALL the buildings. Pool and barbecue area are nice. Easy beach access and beautiful view from condo. Close to eating and shopping options. Kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials. Check in seems a little late and my room literally was not ready until checkin. We got there at 4pm and had to go sit until I received a call at 5:02 that my room was now ready. This area of the beach is way more crowded than further down.

Beautiful stay!

Absolutely loved our stay! Very accommodating and clean! The only complaint, who is not a major deal, but the sleeper sofa was not the least bit comfortable nor pleasant. I would recommend staying here to anyone who wants to enjoy a clean and peaceful beach! We will be back!!!!

It's was a great location right off the beach. Convenient stores,grocery stores all minutes away

It was easy check in, very easy to find, and of course welcomed with big smiles and friendly people. We were on The 11th floor and was not bothered by any noises . Extremely relaxing
