The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Overall a nice stay. The only reason not 5 stars is the bathroom needed updated. The hallway appeared to have new carpeting, as well as the room itself. Looked newly painted and new bedspread, but the bathroom was very old looking

Staff excellent. Nocoffeepot in room, no do not disturb no envelope for tip. Lights were unplugged behind desk. Remote for tv not working. Dresser draw was broken. I think called silver fish bugs in room. Hard for elderly or disabled people to get to second floor. Staff was absolutely wonderful extremely pleasant!!! Not really breakfast more like a snack.

All we needed was a place to sleep that was clean and quiet and that's what we got. It's a Super 8 so you don't get much else. "Breakfast" was granola bars, coffee and juice. The AC smelled musty but otherwise everything was clean.

Staff efficient and friendly, its the reason why i stay there , but im not happy with the mattresses. You could feel the coils which was painful and affected sleep. A quallity mattress pad such as Dormeo might be useful on the old mattresses.

I didnt like that i was charged an additional 100 deposit for an extended stay and is taking forever to get it back..no other hotel does this for a pet fee when it did not state this when booking

The bathtub was so stained with soap scum. The mattress was covered in stains. The staff could have cared less and were unhelpful when we asked for a refund and holds on funds to be returned. While I understand a wait time for electronic refunds we left with no confidence that we would get our money back. We asked for a receipt to prove we checked out and the desk clerk refused.
No door jam. Flooring was sticking up.
