Friendly front end staff. Aside to to car on the parking lot that read “Joe & His Hoe gotta go” and “Biden is the reason condoms we’re invented.” The stay was pleasant.

we came yo Norwich NY to visit family. we had stayed there a few years ago and enjoyed our stay so we decided to book there again. We were very disappointed. We booked a nonsmoking room and got a room that smelled like smoke and had cigarette burns in the blanket. we went to tell the front desk staff and got an attitude from the lady at the front desk. Nobody offered us another room or anything just an attitude and told we would not be charged a smoking fee. We will not be staying there again.

We've been staying at this hotel twice a year for the past 2-3 years. This is the first time when our experience is so bad. We got there on a Saturday night at 6:30 pm, reservation was made through Orbitz for one night. We got the cards, but didn't check the room (first time we're doing that, never again) because we were in a hurry to get somewhere. When we came back at 8 pm with luggage and kids, surprise! The room hadn't been cleaned. We addressed it to the office, the attendant had to clean himself the room since they had a full house and couldn't accommodate us in a different room. On top of that, somehow the reservation was made for a smoking room, probably I did not pay attention when I initially booked the room. I had no idea that you are still permitted to smoke in a hotel room. Anyway, long story short, we got up in the middle of the night because the smell of smoke was so bad that we couldn't breath properly.

Hotel was clean, sufficient, close to many conveniences, definitely would stay again. No iron in room but everything available at desk and room had fridge, microwave, safe, coffee, adequate hanging space, hair dryer. Clean. Continental breakfast with plenty to choose from. Def stay there again

close to my business location. The room was clean and comfortable. The desk and chair were not that great. The breakfast was excellent, and had a variety of choices!

The hotel met our needs well. Since i was traveling with my 89 year old mother who cannot do stairs, they accomidated us on the first floor. The only thing that would have made it better would have been that we would not have had to ask that the toilet be cleaned. It was really dirty, but when I asked at the front desk for that to happen, it was done and with a smile. Everyone we had contact with was pleasant and friendly.

We checked in late 10pm and I called before to tell them we would be late and was told no problem - we got there and was told our room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator - I can not walk steps so they moved us to the 1st floor with no problems - room was super clean and comfortable - we will stay there again next time we are in NY - just remember if you have problems with steps request a room on the first floor.

We found both pluses and minuses here, but overall it was an adequate and clean place to stay. The room was well supplied, check in was efficient, and daily housekeeping was up to standards. Breakfast was ok but very little space is available to actually eat, and it is only served until 9 AM, INCLUDING WEEKENDS. Most places give an hour extra on weekends, which is appreciated. There are a variety of restaurants within a couple miles either way up and down the highway. It's a busy hotel area and the rate was certainly reasonable for the area. Furnishings could use an update but as long as it's clean, I can deal with worn. TV had a good selection of stations available, and decent reception. I would stay here again despite its' drawbacks if hotel rooms were in short supply--which is often true in the vicinity. A true bargain, if a bit tired looking.

Touring colleges is stressful enough, the staff, location and hospitality of this Super 8 made the experience just what we needed and then some. Having arrived late, the coffee was still hot, and the room was comfortable (temperature). Breakfast was a bit weak, but for the price, I honestly didn't expect Eggs Benedict.

I recently stayed here to look at property near by. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I asked to make a change to my original reservation (of one room to two rooms) last minute and they were able and happy to accommodate me. The rooms were a little outdated but very clean. For the price you can't beat it. I would recommend staying here.
