Staff at the cafeteria were unprofessional, I called the waiter to point out that the water has a small floating dead bug and I asked him to replace it. I waited nearly 30 minutes until he started bussing our table and then looked at me very sharply without saying a word. I think he needs some kind of training, respect the customer, do not secure the plate when customer are still on their table, ask politely. We were just there for an hour including the extra 30 minutes waiting for water that never arrive. The pool was secured for maintenance when we are getting ready to enjoy the water. Other than, hotel is great.

Court Meridian was centrally located in Subic that we were able to walk to convenient stores, gym, a selection of restaurants, a park, church and bars. It is a lively area with people making the trip to available night life and it felt safe walking back to the hotel. There is no problem catching local transportation. The bay was just across the street and was nice to take a stroll during the early morning or evening. The rooms and facility were clean. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist you. We felt welcomed and safe during our stay. They took good care of us.
