Decent price and and a comfortable room. One slight gripe I had was being charged 100 pesos for my key breaking in the lock. It wasn't my fault it broke as substandard metal was used when cutting the key, which was clearly evident by the break. Not a lot of money but principle. The receptionist who dealt with me stopped talking to me after I complained about it, and did say it would lead to a somewhat negative review. A little too officious for my liking.
Could charged 100 pesos for 'breaking' what was clearly a fake Yale key made of substandard material. Whilst others might simply have paid the small, I couldn't on principle. It simply snapped in the lock

Not suitable for family no proper entery within 1km The beach are filthy i 've seen sewer water being discharge being ICove resort directly to the sea. This is not acceptable.

Not Enjoyable.

I emailed the property after I made the reservation asking for a ground floor room. They responded they have no rooms on the ground floor, but would give me one on the second floor. When I arrived they said they had no second floor rooms so gave me a 3rd floor room. No elevator at this hotel BTW. They had no porters to help with bags. The stairs were shallow and it was definitely not safe going up the stairs with two bags. Once I got to the room the wifi password would not work. Ok, I had enough of this place. I hauled my bags back downstairs and checked out 20 minutes after checking in. You may like this place, but it wasn't for me. They wouldn't refund the room. The room and transportation costs was over $200. Hope they enjoy the free money. Maybe they can now at least hire a porter.

Great hotel. Good price.

First room the toilet wouldnt flush and second the shower leaked. In both cases they changed my room quickly. They are very nice. Front door was kept locked at night for added security. I will stay here again. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff are the best.
