Ideally situated for access to all amenities along the waterfront at Olhao. Staff were very helpful and informative when needed. We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was v good, with lots of choice. Restaurant was available with a choice of meals on a buffet basis. All in all, an excellent hotel for hosting a stay exploring the area.

Great holiday!

Real Marina Hote & Spa, Olhão, Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, the service top-notch, and the food delicious. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable-just a bit warm at times. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Lovely hotel but starting to feel a bit tired

Lovely hotel with friendly service and is our 6 th visit but it’s starting to look a bit tired including rooms and corridors . The pool bar is a bit basic and pool area is cramped but could be better designed . Overall still a nice hotel and will return but an upgrade is required in the next 2-3 years

Very nice location and friendly staff. Rooms are were well appointed. The hotel is within walking distance to ref shops, restaurants, and the marina. The restaurant at the hotel was very good. We booked two rooms and the second room was not ready at check in time. Staff was very apologetic and offered a few free drinks for the inconvenience. The AC in the hotel had gone out shortly before we checked in so the rooms were hot. It took several hours after it was fixed for the rooms to cool down. Despite the minor issues, we would love to return when we can spend a few more days and enjoy the area.

Great location 9 mins from the airport. Ideal for quick getaway. Lovely pool. Short Ferry trips to nearby islands with beaches. Very nice hotel. Modern, Comfortable and clean rooms.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff, excellent choice of breakfast options (including the prosecco bucket). Outside pool area great for relaxing and swimming. Only slight niggle for us was having to pay to access the sauna and steam room although given how hot it was not sure we have actually used it.

You can’t fault the staff at every level, the rooms are a good size and the sea views are great, although some of the carpets are getting a bit thread bare with over use, and a few repairs and replacements wouldn’t go amiss considering its status as a 5 star hotel, can’t really call it shabby chic, you do have to watch out at weekends for the dance club across the road that likes to keep you entertained until the early hours, and doesn’t really make any difference even if you close the window. Great on location for the old town and easy access to the ferries though. An entertaining stay.

We have been to this hotel many times as we live Olhão. Hotel still really good but some areas could do with TLC especially around the pool area. Disappointing they removed the fresh orange machine for breakfast. Also as a multiple time returner a 'welcome back' when you check in would be good.

Honestly worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Rooms not to bad but could do with a good clean, bedding had marks on it. Service was awful, food was shocking. Everything at this hotel was hard work! Thankfully we went to try before a main holiday, luckily I can cancel and will. Struggled to stay here for 2 days not matter about 9. No thanks. Oh and they have a massive fly problem, Everywhere in the hotel, restaurants, bars, it’s really bad.
