Very comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated, the apartment sleeps four, has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and a spacious and bright living / dining area which opens onto a terrace with table and seating for four. Here you can relax and savour great meals alfresco. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a second bathroom is located in the hall outside the second bedroom.

With an eastward orientation, the apartment offers a balcony with great morning sun exposure and a lovely view of the Marina of Olhão. It is ideal for year-round occupation.

Bed linen and bath towels are provided free of charge, as well as International TV channels and wifi.
The departure cleaning service on the amount of €80,00 is mandatory and will be charged on arrival in cash.
Beach / pool towels are provided at a surcharge of €6,00 each and payment in cash is due on arrival.

The city tax on the amount of €2,00 per person, per night (max of 5 nights) is due on arrival in cash.

It is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days and heating for cool winter evenings.

The apartment is on the ground floor and there are a few steps to access the apartment.

Parking is available inside the Village Marina complex, in front of the apartment’s block entrance. However, because of this property’s central location, a car is not necessary for an enjoyable stay.
