Wir waren 14 Tage dort und hatten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit in Fuzeta. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen und grundsätzlich in gutem Zustand. Die Räume und die Dachterrasse gefielen uns gut. Herd, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Dusche funktionieren einwandfrei, die Betten sind okay. Trotzdem mussten wir Abstriche bei der Ausstattung machen. Entgegen der Beschreibung auf der Buchungsplattform fehlten eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Toaster und ein Grill. Auch das in der Beschreibung angepriesene kostenlose Frühstück in einem Restaurant um die Ecke wird nach Aussage des lokalen Ansprechpartners (Thiago) vor Ort gar nicht mehr angeboten. Auf der Dachterrasse gab es keinen Sonnenschirm, sodass sie tagsüber kaum nutzbar war. Dafür standen bei unserer Ankunft überall alte Putzeimer, Kisten mit Krimskrams und allerlei Zeugs herum, es war unaufgeräumt und rummelig. Nachdem wir die fehlenden Dinge bei Thiago angesprochen hatte, stellte er uns am darauffolgenden Tag eine Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine vor die Tür, die aber leider nicht funktionierte. Nach ca. einer Woche Aufenthalt brachte Thiago einen riesengroßen, aber leider sehr alten und beschädigten Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse…immerhin. Fazit: ein schöner Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft. Die Lage ist top! Ausbaufähig ist aber die Ausstattung. Wünschenswert wären zudem ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die das Ankommen nach mehrstündiger Reise erleichtern (ein bisschen Toilettenpapier etc.). Für die fehlenden Dinge wurden uns 40 erlassen.
