"The view from the balcony is great. It is up high and overlooks the bay. The pool is awesome but the pool staff are not so good. For a good portion of the trip, they had children running the bar. Even when we were the only ones at the pool, it sometimes took 20-30 minutes to get a drink. Sometimes they took our order and then sat down and played on their phones. Very bizarre. They hardly ever had change so we got shorted at times. Very few of the staff speak English so be prepared for that. The facility overall is awesome, but they are many stairs so be prepared for those. There is a small beach nearby that we may use freely. There is also a larger/nicer beach in walking distance that we may access, but it belongs to another hotel. "
