We had an amazing stay at Okana, the water park features are so much fun, the lagoon is gigantic! There's so much to do, the food was great, the staff is friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are a bit pricey, but this is typical for a resort, so it wasn't unexpected. The room was comfortable, and while there were a lot of people there, it never really felt crowded. We'd definitely come back we had a great time!

Our check in time was 4pm but they let into the waterpark at noon until our room was ready. The beds were very comfortable. We loved getting to go to the waterpark twice with our one night stay! My only complaint is that adult beverages were way too expensive!

Communication Issues

Problems were mostly communication related. Never let us know our rooms were ready and they should have communicated gratuity added at restaurants with parties of six or more. Should have looked more closely or assumed but didn’t think at the time. We were celebrating a birthday and graduation and told us at check-in they would decorate but didn’t do so until we asked about it after going to our room. No graduation decor.
